“In a matter where so much turns on the credibility of the witnesses, this Court is not in a position to come to its own conclusion without knowing what view the trial judge held, and the case must go back for retrial before another judge. We hope that he will set out his findings of primary fact where there is a conflict of evidence before drawing his conclusions of fact and applying the law to the facts.”
