“The Constitution is the grundnorm from which all other laws derive their legitimacy. Section 1(1) and (3) of the 1999 Constitution, as amended, provides: 1(1) This Constitution is supreme and its provisions shall have binding force on all authorities and persons throughout the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
