For the purpose of limitation of action, time begins to run from the moment the cause of action arose or accrued. It was held by this court in Hassan Vs Aliyu & Ors. (2010) LPELR 1357 (SC) per Adekeye, JSC at page 88 A-D, that time begins to run when there is in existence person who can be sued and all facts have happened which are material to be proved to entitle the plaintiff to succeed See: Fadare Vs A.G. Oyo State (1982) 4 SC 1: Egbe Vs Adefarasin (supra); INEC Vs Enasito & Ors. (2018) 2 NWLR (Pt. 1602) 63 @ 94.” Per K.M.O KEKERE-EKUN, JSC in EZE V.
