“…coupled with the far-reaching power under Section 6(6) (b) of the 1999 Constitution (supra), the Court below has specifically been cloaked with jurisdiction under Section 240(1) of the Constitution (supra) to the exclusion of any other Court of law: to hear and determine appeals from the Federal High Court, the National Industrial Court, the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, High Court of a State, the Sharia Court of Appeal, FCT Abuja, Sharia Court of Appeal of a State, customary Court of Appeal of the FCT, Abuja, Customary Court of Appeal of a State, and from any other decisions of a Court martial or other Tribunal as may be prescribed by an Act of the National Assembly.” Per KEKERE-EKUN, JSC in APC & ORS v.
